Non perdere tempo! Queste spese sono detraibili fino al 31 dicembre 2021. Dal primo gennaio 2022 IL BONUS VERRA\u2019 ABBASSATO AL 36%<\/p>\n<p>Nello specifico la legge di bilancio prevede <strong>agevolazioni<\/strong> per l&#8217;acquisto e posa in opera di schermature solari e chiusure tecniche oscuranti quali:<\/p>\n<p>Tende da sole, tende a pergole e pergotende, veneziane esterne, pergole bioclimatiche.<\/p>\n<p>Tutte rientrano nella <strong>detrazione fiscale 2021<\/strong> e rappresentano la scelta ideale per creare un microclima personalizzato e godere al meglio dell&#8217;outdoor.<\/p>\n<p>Le pergotende bioclimatiche permettono la realizzazione di spazi esterni da vivere tutte le stagioni, creando un ambiente particolarmente confortevole. Questa struttura rappresenta la soluzione ottimale per migliorare l&#8217;efficienza energetica e le prestazioni dell&#8217;abitazione, perch\u00e9 permette di regolare la temperatura (raffrescamento e mantenimento del calore) riducendo il dispendio energetico.<\/p>\n<p>NON E\u2019 POSSIBILE LA DETRAZIONE FISCALE PER LA SEMPLICE SOSTITUZIONE DI SINGOLI COMPONENTI (ES. il 50% di detrazione per l&#8217;acquisto e la posa in opera di schermature solari mobili, il periodo dei lavori deve essere compreso tra il 1 gennaio e il 31 dicembre 2021 su edifici gi\u00e0 accatastati.<\/p>\n<p>Nella detrazione rientrano le spese sostenute per l&#8217;acquisto di materiali e per l&#8217;installazione professionale, di schermature solari presenti volte sempre\u00a0 alla riqualificazione e al risparmio Energetico.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right:
